This ebook contains a small collection of information that I pulled together throughout my time in the fitness industry, that I thought would best benefit the reader, without too much information overload.

The Easy Fitness Guide is my way of showing you how easy and enjoyable fitness can be, and that it doesn’t need to involve hours of grueling workouts in the gym. Fitness can be as easy as running around the park with the kids, cleaning the house, or gardening. You might be surprised to know that your body could already be doing half the work for you! How about that for Easy Fitness??
If you are serious about changing your body, the best thing you can do is find out your current body composition by getting your body-fat percentage checked at your local gym. You can then use my BMR calculator to find out how many calories your body burns naturally. (BMR is Basal Metabolic Rate and is your body’s natural level of calories burned). This will give you the best starting point to knowing how to adjust your diet and exercise regime to achieve your desired goals.
